Ayer estuvimos en el Concertgebouw de Brujas, en el concierto de unos extraordinarios pianistas: Ikigai Duo.

La sala, llena de amantes de la música observó un silencio respetuoso a la vez que empático. Y no podía ser de otra manera: la cercanía de los artistas, esa conexión intimista que fueron capaces de instalar entre la música, sus intérpretes y el público, consiguió una emoción profunda que se da pocas veces.

Más que en una sala de concierto, nos encontrábamos en el salón de casa donde estarían tocando solo para cada una y cada uno de lo allí presentes.

Hay personas que hacen con su arte un mundo mejor, aunque sea por un momento… y aludo al nombre del concierto “Momentum”.

Queda por apuntar la perfecta sintonía y complicidad (y la pericia) de estos jóvenes pianistas, tocando a 4 manos que, en cuanto podamos, no dudaremos en volver a aplaudir. Sin duda, ellos han encontrado su Ikigai.

Apart from the performance, such a great song selection, humour in the connecting conversation and such a fun invitation to let ourselves experience the music fully

What an incredible experience! I have bought a ticket for me and my partner as a date evening. The music and the performers were fantastic. I have discovered Ludovic Einaudi music through them. During some moments I got shivers all over my body and other moments I got tears in my eyes. Naira and Vicente had also very personal and touching notes before and after some pieces. Which made the concert even more special. Also thanks for the small present

Such a wonderful evening! We enjoyed the concert enormously. There was such a range of music, from Chopin, Debussy and Rachmaninoff to Einaudi, Queen and Coldplay, all performed with incredible talent and emotion and with such lovely lighting and atmosphere. It was a real treat.

This was a truly great experience. The ambience, the perfection of the performance and a true connection of the artists with the audience! Happy to see you back in Brussels again 🙂
